Meditation for Stress Release
The aim of the Meditation Course is to reduce stress and achieve peace of mind, increasing energy levels. In this 4-week block course you will learn to recognise how meditation can help you be happy and self-fulfilled. You will learn that by controlling your breathing and becoming more aware of your habit patterns, you have the key to liberation. You are a unique individual in a vast universe.
Techniques explored with Facilitator Eric Doornekamp are easy to learn. The course is ideal for beginners and also a great refresher for those who are familiar with meditation. The course was interesting, informative, relaxed, positive, motivating and stimulating, and Eric (as always) was full of great information, helpful hints and quiet humour.
