The Gift of Meditation, the Essense of Life

Topics that will be covered include:

Meditation: Simple, effective means to directly experience the Knower-space.

Pranayam: The awareness of the subtlety of breath and its power to attenuate unnecessary thinking.

Scriptures: Ancient formulas to unlock the inner awareness.

Mantra: The combination of specific sounds to lead the attention to one’s source.

Chanting: The rhythmic singing of mantras which creates peace and dynamism in the system.

Introduction to Mindfulness is a simple and easy way to learn mindfulness meditation or to develop a more regular practice.

free subscription to the Wildflowers mindfulness app.

Alive to Thrive Unity Meetings

Ros Goldsbrough, the founder of Alive to Thrive, a centre to help people transform their dreams into reality, and Licensed Unity Teacher facilitates regular meetings at the Lotus Yoga Centre on Sundays.

Everyone is welcome to attend.

11.00 am – 1.00 pm followed by a shared vegetarian lunch at 1.00 pm.
