The beginners classes are a great introduction to yoga. By joining a class you have an opportunity to see whether yoga is for you. The classes include flexibilities, breathing, stretching and relaxation and are ideal for pregnancy, arthritis, asthma and backache.
There are currently two 1 hour morning classes a week to choose from,
and the 7.30 – 8.30 pm Yoga Class for all Levels on Monday evening is also suitable for beginners.
No experience is necessary.
