Treat yourself to a day of Yoga, Breathing, Relaxation and Meditation to nourish the body, mind and soul.

The Body, Mind and Soul Retreat has proven to be very popular.  The day begins with relaxation, followed by yoga and breathing.  After a shared vegetarian lunch we practice some gentle taichi qigong movements to aid digestion. Then there is a walking meditation in the bush leading to the Sanctuary where there is a seated meditation.

Facilitator Cathryn Doornekamp warmly invites everyone to attend.

The retreat is suitable for all levels of experience.
