Gentle Yoga

Sundays with Adhyatma

2021 dates: February 14, March 14, April 11, May 9

Time: 10 am – 12 pm

A special 2 hour class of gentle movement (Yin style), breath work, yoga nidra and meditation

to calm the nervous system, and deepen into yourself.

All practices are optional.

There will be mantra played at various times through the class to settle and soothe the soul.

Please have 1 – 2 cushions and a blanket, and be 15 mins early.

All practices are beginners friendly.

Alive to Thrive Unity Meetings

Ros Goldsbrough, the founder of Alive to Thrive, a centre to help people transform their dreams into reality, and Licensed Unity Teacher facilitates regular meetings at the Lotus Yoga Centre on Sundays.

Everyone is welcome to attend.

11.00 am – 1.00 pm followed by a shared vegetarian lunch at 1.00 pm.
