Restorative yoga and mantra workshop

10.00 am – 12.30 pm

A deliciously restful 2.5 hours of mantras, restorative yoga practices and gentle kirtan led by Adhyatma and Billy.

This workshop is suitable for anyone to attend, and is designed to take participants into deep rest, with subtle yet powerful techniques to reboot the nervous system and activate the rest and digest response.

10 am:  Arrive to beautiful live mantras and get settled in to a supported restorative pose. Move gently from there into gentle healing practices and pranayama while being immersed in healing sounds.

11 am: Swara sadhana – Indian scales with chakra awareness meditation.

11.30 am: Shavasana for deep rest  and integration with Gayatri mantra for raising illumination.

12 – 12.30 pm: Gentle blissful kirtan.
